I’m taking on The Legacy Challenge to support our veterans’ families
It’s really important to me to give back to the partners and children whose loved ones have made the greatest sacrifice for our country. That’s why I’ve got my boots on the ground, and I’ve committed to The Legacy Challenge for 11 days straight in November.
I'm raising vital funds to help Legacy families in need.
My Challenge finishes on Remembrance Day, the 11th of November, when we get to honour those who died to protect our nation.

Wednesday 5th Nov Getting stronger so I have increased my daily target to 6 km and 20 pushups. Leave the situps be because I cant even do 1 properly since breaking my neck. Share

CHALLENGE Underway
Saturday 1st Nov Started the challenge this mkrning with a 6.4km loaded walk. It is the first time wearing my back pack since coming home from the Camino de Santiago one month ago. I was surprised how much it hurt even at the 1 km mark. Loss of fitness happens very quickly but I am hoping this challenge will reverse the trend. Lets see if I can do my push ups and sit ups.
